- Authorise us in writing or on WhatsApp before we act on your behalf.
- Reply to our requests on time. Delays on your side can delay the work.

4. Quotes, fees and payments
Our fees are confirmed in a quote or message before work starts. Government fees, stamp duty, portal charges, ad budgets and third-party costs (such as domain, hosting, printing, software or gateway charges) are shown separately unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are extra. Payment terms, such as advance or milestone payments, are as agreed in the quote.
5. Timelines
Timelines shown on this website or shared by us are estimates. Actual time depends on document readiness, department or platform processing and other factors outside our control.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before we start work, we refund the amount paid minus any costs already incurred. Once an application has been filed, a design delivered or a campaign started, our service fee for that stage is not refundable. Government and third-party fees already paid are not refundable. Any special refund terms will be as agreed in writing.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee approvals, registrations, loans, search rankings, ad performance, sales or any business outcome. We commit to careful work and honest guidance.
8. Third-party platforms and tools

On full payment, final deliverables created for you, such as logos and designs, are yours to use. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. The Setup Biz name, logo, website content and design are our property and may not be copied without permission.
